    Sept 19 (Reuters) - Buderim Group Ltd (BUG) :

    • Entered into an agreement for purchase of Ginger Head Quarters shares owned by its joint venture partner DPG Enterprises
    • Transaction cost is not considered material and will be fully funded from cash reserves
