I agree - there is always legal gobbly gook - but McMahon has informed the market of a date - it could be FY2018 or Calendar 2018 but reading back I would think it aligns with 3 years after the date of completion or 31st July 2018.

Its not like McMahon is so busy at TAM that he would overlook or misunderstand a simple date - they are hardly doing anything!.
NST sure seem to be focused on everything around CTP when you read their latest release which makes me wonder is this because they think the loot is elsewhere or are they trying to fake disinterest in the CTP?
They went to the trouble of coming over the top of MLX and giving TAM cash & shares - why would they abandon it whilst ramping up activities all around the CTP and putting the CTP it would seem on the go slow?
TAM gets a free ride whilst NST takes the risk and spends the $$$ - if you are interested in buying something would you try and boost the price you have to pay? Anyway I am expecting to hear more before 31st July 2018 in regard this.
