Thanks for the information. Is the late fee paid in cash immediately or added to their outstanding balance? If the latter then the change makes a lot of sense to me as the benefit would effectively be received as future instalments are paid - do they adjust their instalment amount? BTW - not poorly worded on your part I would say poorly presented in the company's presentation however seeing that we need to discuss back and forward and speak to them on the phone to work out what it means
