Ellingford and Hunt.Run for the hills, first insiders will get set at a low price and give a mini pump for an exit, at some point it will consol and raise again to insiders as the board will have burnt the initial raise on admin costs, then at that stage it might be a decent shell for a punt.
Something like that anyway.
