    Lingo to put ELK holders balls deep in debt.................

    I mostly like it. IMO significant consolidations/mergers will continue in the O&G space and ELK will be well positioned to take advantage of the upward price swings.

    Taking on the board from the other Co seems a bit excessive IMO.
