I could see from the first post that you knew the business and industry well. The second post was v. good too. Are you concerned about the apparent lack of sales success to date for Tacera? You're obviously impressed by the capability of the product ("a force to be reckoned with" and better than the previous), but do you have any thoughts on how it compares to the competition's offering? Any thoughts appreciated.
