    I agree with your concept.
    I have not at all, thought of your proposal re-factory.What a brilliant concept-idle factory,turned into value for holders.If you haven't allready,I'm sure Phil would discuss and have thoughts there.There is intent shown by VMT to get some return there ( renting space, as per last quarterly.)GL
