No expertise?!! Another blow in with no idea. Cash ain't a problem either. That pilot plant will be up and running soon if it aint already producing enough moola at 20t/month to carry us through. 20t at 10oz/t = 200oz/month.

Dr Pos, who holds aa PhD in Environmental Chemistry from Georgia Tech USA was the former President of the Minas Gerais State Environmental Agency , FEAM and Director of Sustainable Development of Anglo-American Plc´s Gold and Iron Division . Dr Pos was responsible for several mining environmental projects in Brazil, Ghana, Colombia and Argentina, including the Anglo Minas -Rio Project and has more than thirty scientific articles published and five patents on different areas of chemistry. He will provide assistance into further developing extraction techniques for precious metals from BBX´s projects in the Apui region and assist in environmental and permitting matters."

Mr Schmulian has been a Director of BBX since 12 April 2011. Mr Schmulian is a geologist with over 40 years mining and exploration experience , and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM ). His experience includes 26 years in Brazil where he has established a strong network of contacts throughout the industry. Mr Schmulian is the former Brazil Country Manager for Western Mining Corporation charged with managing the implementation and operations of two gold mines. He was also previously South American Brownfields Exploration Manager for AngloGold Ashanti, an executive director of ASX listed Mundo Minerals Limited, and COO of ASX listed Crusader Resources. He was responsible for establishing Mundo in Brazil and Peru and bringing the company’s Engenho Gold Mine into production.

Is a Brazilian geologist with over 34 years of exploration and mining experience for gold, copper, nickel, iron and phosphate in Brazil and Australia. He worked as a Senior Mine and Exploration Geologist for WMC for over 19 years both in Brazil and Australia . More recently he has consulted for several junior mining companies include Polo Resources – Minfer Brazil, Brazilian Gold Corporation and Copper Range Company. Mr. Castro received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Federal do Rio de Janeiro, is a registered geologist with CREA-RJ, the Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia do Rio de Janeiro, and a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

You do not appreciate that developing a new metallurgical method is not done in Uncle Martin's back shed. As for BBX being rolling in cash,you may note that the company has not even guessed as to how much it will cost to extract the Gold from the ore....a crucial issue.
