    Sept 13 (Reuters) - Moelis Australia Ltd (MOE) :

    • 110 million equity raising and unsecured note programme
    • Will raise $110 million via placement of 22 million new ordinary shares, at an issue price of $5.00 per share
    • Launched a medium term unsecured note programme seeking to initially raise up to $35 million in debt
