Just for your information and anyone else who is interested. I love looking into these sought of things and connecting the dots. For example:
You can see how many related parties, which are being used to acquire this company. Check out Hagens two (2) last substancial holding statements and then his plan to retire. Once he is retired from the board, but his son still retains some control of the board. He no longer needs to show all the related transactions like the Perich Group, which still control from the board. IMO his buying spree.... which can be spread out and with quite a number of companies can begin once he leaves the board. Check it out for yourself and draw your own conclusions. I've made mine. GLTA
