    Sept 13 (Reuters) - Pelican Resources Ltd (PEL)

    • Entered legally binding term sheet and formal agreement with Cockatoo Iron NL and its unit, to sell its interests in Cockatoo Island Project
    • Under terms of agreement, co has agreed to sell Cockatoo Island Project for a purchase price of $3.75 million
