1. See midnights post above. We have relinquished our rights to the lease.
2. Yes the co-operative have control and have been held accountable. My understanding is they may not have been within their rights to sign contracts with BBX. So we potentially lose our capital here from the 2013/14/15? purchase agreement but have been lucky enough to walk away without having to pay environmental rectification costs.
