With a little help from a friend I was able to locate the court decision in the case bbx was mentioned in. You will need to scroll to the bottom and translate the portugese to english.

BBX is not mentioned in any of the findings nor is it listed as a defendant in this judgement or any other literature i have found. This is because the case against BBX was rejected by the courts.
