Ann: Sale of escrow shares, page-13

This stock popped up recently on my scan of technical and fundamental stats.

On further investigation, it seems that this company operates in a very competitive environment with low barriers to entry.
I cant see understand how this company can acheive high future organic growth in this environment. Perhaps a very aggressive sales approach is the answer.
The company is heavily reliant on new sales. These could quickly reduce in a different economic enviroment.
In conclusion, this may be a good short term trade, but I choose to avoid, on the basis of both technicals (chart), and fundamentals.
