When China is ready for a "healthy correction" either due by "STRATEGY" or by normal course of market economics, OZ land Housing Bubble will have an spectacular pop......
It will be the largest economic crisis in this country and it will be historical in every level.
But, it's non doom.... it's healthy and it will bring new strong policies to detain the stupidity that has left to accumulate and snow ball for years and years..... the largest household debt in the western country....
Australia is such a mickey mouse economy and fragile..... we can't possibly be that economic dumb ?
I wonder when we will start to see federal and state politicians selling their investment properties.... surely they will know ahead of the pack what' s coming and will start selling it silently..... if they have not started already.....
for SGP, it's just a matter of time..... and the immediately target here is the obvious $4.03's level before tanking to $3's levels.......
A non - brainer..... among a few other developers......
OS fins will be salivating on this bubble market.... they know what's coming and it's easy money to be made....
