Poles apart, hmmm. Interesting indeed, I did some reading on the old Padbury directors and the "misleading and deceptive conduct" (proven by ASIC) via a fanciful and untruthful announcement.
Using that case as a standard, perhaps ASIC should do some comparison of such behaviours with this lot!
