the values to consider include

ser tax losses will offset any dividend tax payable - on the back of a major win for ser

the graphite should get back into production one day - ser have 1.5% royalty

the Saxby drills are vertical - so any gold that is down dipping means or could mean exceptional cores over many metres - by itself could push ser to 10c

I am a believer in ionic - we all took a hit when ser grabbed 20% and
if/when ionic list and the cash starts rolling in - the ser holding will be worth quite a lot
ser could sell some of there're ionic shares and pay no tax on the first $20m profit
2018/2019 could be quite good for ser holders
