As I see it, the ASX query can really only come down to 3 things
1. The sampling protocols and their representativeness. Thought this was pretty well covered in great detail in the 2nd query response
2. The custodial security of samples en-route and at the lab(s). BBX did its best to answer this, who knows if accepted by ASX, then again such a concern would apply to any explorer anywhere
3. The assaying method. Okay, if ASX is not satisfied, then why not send a sample of fresh rock to an ASX designated lab (in Australia) , let them attempt to assay for gold using conventional assay methods, then use the BBX method and see what the results are and if they differ. That will remove the uncertainties for all parties.
As for drilling notification BBX are not obliged to advise, and in fact I would rather they do not put out an announcement as things are obviously "delicate" at this juncture and no need to stir the possum any further with ASX.
