Paul is Queensland based, yes. As is the new sole director company (Ironbark-Vest Pty Ltd registered with ASIC on 04/09/2017) to hold the issued securities. Again, something doesn't add up as Paul doesn't leap out as company director material nor does he leap out as having a lazy $5m to drop in to AHF. No-one does this if they have half a clue as the funds will disappear into TAU for fees and expenses and this is only about shoring up votes and a contiunuyed control of AHF. Someone else is behind this and has invisibly funded this new placement and it makes me wonder if it is not Michael Hackett again through one of his entities or mates. He and Peter Skene are connected through Linkedin and given he is the current CEO and Michael Hackett the chairman would have to assume Peter Skene is party to what is really going on and has become part of the private club.

Something rather whiffy going on, again.

If the name Ironbark-vest is a derivative of another Ironbark, but not the US based investment house, then I have joined the dots and don't like what I am whiffing.
