Personally I don't calculate a fully diluted market cap when determining the valuation of a company. Simply as when performance shares are reached the company will be in a fundamentally different position.
For ELS to reach $10M in revenues further contracts will need to be signed and delivered. Each to their own when dissecting a recent 3B, Elsight looks cheap either way.
