really complicated - by reading the media is seems that AGL want to game the system to make money, or they want to be compensated with a big sum to not game the system.
Suspect the gov might think of something to even the negotiations out if this is the case. A monopolies tax would be great for a start IMO. I also wonder if those impacted could sue AGL if this is proven?
Sounds like dangerous ground to me, if this is arguably true.
