They gain the fact that the grass is greener just over the fence and the share price stops collapsing IMO- bit of a floor created for short term. . Enough holders will hold hoping for recovery even with such a terrible track record. - the old - they couldn't get it so wrong yet again - what else could go wrong etc.
Much of the increase should be easy to achieve as with delayed launch into new countries and expansion however it comes with costs and you have to hold existing market volumes. The delayed launch changing that turnover from last period to next and seemingly reasonable demand from Australia will help.
Shame that management incentives are probably based on ................oh I give up .... shaking head.

Is it achievable?? Well staff have made token buys but no one knows their personal outlook and they probably had been asked repeatably why they didn't hold. Token is nothing compared to total remuneration so not in same risk profile or aligned with investors IMO but some people follow such "insider buys".

Oops - back to is it achievable ? Share holders should keep asking at every opportunity and phone in l to keep em honest and at every announcement as timing is critical for everything in next 12 months as it is either a turn around of raise more cash and keep funding / donating to other people eating chocolate and collecting wages. Don't let them get to end of period to drop another downgrade - keep asking are they in line with their projection in timing and $ for growth and importantly margin.

Very big weather systems South of them in USA so I hope they have taken IMO appropriate precautions with inventory movement and insurance etc for any delays in production because of access . It's the season to be cautious.
