The spider web is revealing itself.... looks like VKA have a project they really want to get listed....
Looks like VKA mgt are going to do everything they can to block...they want their jobs after all....

Looks like GTT have a back up plan if they fail in their bid to roll VKA board....

That backup plan is QNL - the GTT guys have both gone sub holders over the past couple weeks.... so im sure they will have enough sway over there to try the same thing if VKA board roll fails...
