You should consider ARG.
I believe that AUI will deliver better performance, but ARG is attractive from the *ease of execution* point of view.
Twice-annual SPP ($2,500) at a discount, favours small shareholders. Add the share price discount to the usual NTA discount and all of sudden you are talking about buying the market 10% under the odds. Some people around here call 10% a *crash*.
You mustnt underestimate the ability to continually add incremental value in a hassle free and efficient way.
Investing is a tough business, and you simply have to take-up the no-brainers.
