Whether the boom is over yet or not, it would have to be the utmost optimist that assumes that FY16 & FY17 revenues and margins are even remotely relevant to the medium term future, let alone the long term future. In fact, that sort of optimism can only be induced, i would suggest, via illicit substances.
What the business is worth today, is what it can be expected to deliver to us tomorrow.
