    At 17.20 then collect $3.00 for each share. You end up with shares in two commpanies for $14 + they were talking a dividend as well

    down side you have to wait till Nov /dec to collect if ...and if ( is a big if) its all approved.

    anyone see any other pros and cons ?

    don't hold but am thinking of it
