I think they were quite keen to put some distance between themselves and the previous disasterous expansion regime. They are clearly going to make acquisitions but more the size that cardno did so well in the early days, rather than the very large and very unsuccessful ones they moved to.
Was saying to hubby that although they say they are in for the long term, if the right person comes along with the right price they will be gone and fair enough as well.
