Three things i'm liking:
Thinly traded lately. Most shares tightly held? (3500 plus sharehokders)
No prop bids at just above 8c to stop the sp from falling below 8c so that people are persuaded to participate in the CR. This tells me that the underwriter actually wants to be required to buy shares in the CR. This is often not the case. (Other thoughts re this anyone? Am I reading it wrongly?)
Despite the lack of prop bids the sp has hovered around above 8c.
1 Thing im not thrilled about:
Lack of specifics in the CR announcement.
