Do SH's wait until the outcome of a class action ?
certainly not!! yes a class action - preferably moved by ASIC - will encourage CBS to offer some equity but its the upcoming creditors meeting that needs to be addressed .
Maybe acquiring the vote over a small creditor's claim gives a voice at the meeting and a chance to ventilate the necessity for value to be ascribed to $1.5bn in tax losses.
