I was ready to use On Market for the IPO, but pulled out before submitting. I already have an investment in Australian property trust, and I thought that should be enough, for now. I thought similar to yourself as to how many more property funds do we need; this Vanguard one is to invest in REIT companies rather than buy and manage properties themselves. I'll wait and follow it.
