Just came here to check progress and COUH walked away! The Q is why. Did they see uneconomic operation for now and into the mid term? I have always been reminded that the Chinese sovereigns are long term players so I would have thought a perfect crowning of Supply for the next 10-20 years as their N plants get underway. Hos is this good news for PDN with a big debt hanging around their neck and the only asset cannot extract any monetary value?
