"Manas is in the process of taking control of a local shell company which will become the vehicle for the Transaction. It is anticipated that the VGP licenses will be progressively transferred into this entity as the Transaction progresses. "

Anyone know or have an idea of the name of the 'local shell company'?

Perhaps the licenses will progressively get transferred into this shell company as they are about to expire (it's a bit of a wait if this is the case)?

eg Nyakafuru license expires 23/10/2018
