I mentioned that two weeks ago. this company is way undervalued for $6.0m because the cash they have alone plus other JV revenue adds to around $5.0m so the market is currently valuing the assets it has on ground only to be $1.0m? this should be atleast $10-12million dollars which equates around 3.0 cents per share.
