The current development is into the 2nd and more mature horizon which the explorers anticipate to have a greater potential. Should it prove commercial there will be a venture into the 3rd horizon which has more maturity again but which is more expensive to exploit. This is impressively interesting to such as I. To my way of thinking the "it will" has an edge over the "it won't" especially as the price of oil is destined to head north in the intermediat (did I spell this correctly) and definitely in the long term.
