This is an inexperienced Board so far as knowing about all things RNI/AUR is concerned. Rob Martin should know more than the others combined though as he has been a shareholder for a few years now. 2 have been appointed in the past month, including Wade Evans the CEO. He would need guidance for a while. Bronwyn Barnes has not been around for all that long either.
With Debbie Fullarton having recently departed, surprisingly, the knowledge base has thinned dramatically.
I am just starting to wonder whether or not they really know what they are doing.
