harmony recently knocked back a offer of 50 million by a very interested cashed up party. they now have five more in the melting pot. problem is those ounces you talk about will soon fall to a fraction of their historic levels, and all those bidders know that. what harmony want, and what it is worth are worlds apart.. over time they will likely come to the table. They will take a massive hit on their original purchase price but remember they have removed many many hundreds of thousands of ounces from the resource and the undergrounds are now close to their practical limits. In fact, hill50 decline is to be closed. i maintain that hill50 mine is close to a perfect fit for MUM,and they will go after it, but of coarse they could be outbid on the day. good trading to all.
