    Hey Shady,

    If its a broker it will be Hartleys - they did the last one.

    Latest App 3B says they can issue 52M shares under LR 7.1 and 36M under LR7.1A.

    I reckon circa $4M is the target for the CR which they have capacity to do without SH approval.
