Its smart alright. DGR avoids issuing capital at low prices, removes the perception that we need to raise capital every 5 minutes, aligns company with the best performing hedge fund of 2016!

Tribeca gets a seat at the table, inside knowledge on the deals going on with SOLG (i wonder if they can accumulate with this knowledge at hand), they get 12% on the convertible note, and they put themselves and DGR in a position to perpetuate growth.

I ask again how many they already own?? If they do own some they wont be feeding them out the door at these prices..You would think they are confident we wont be dilluted to all hell, and any games they may have been playing might stop now??
