Did you see the cash flows from operations? well over $40 mil and the company is only priced at around $160 mil.
Oh and that company valuation includes over $80 mil in cash anyway....
No material change in the amount of loan receivables, yet the quality and length of them is improving, so I wouldn't say the company is deteriorating any further beyond that caused by the recent sector overhaul.
From this position, at this valuation, there isn't really any need to improve or grow. Although if they do manage to grow in the coming years, that is certainly a bonus.
Prefer to buy an average company at a wonderful price...
