There is a lot going on here.

The potential of a significant investment coming from overseas is strong.

The uncertainty surrounding Somers and Andrew Frazer.

The uncertainty of Investmet and Eastern Goldfield.

The lack of harmony with the major investors all pulling in different directions.

Any capital raising could put the squeeze on any number of the major shareholders.

All of this with a set end date.

I would expect the options to be underwritten and a shareholder approval at a meeting to ratify a placement to a certain level.

For the squeeze to be effective the share price would need to be below the exercise price, but having said that, it depends on how grumpy the majors get.

Exciting times with a great prospect in Wodger.
