They didn't have enough money to fully complete the purchase, which suggests the barrel is empty. the more they borrow, the more the stock will be diluted. The previous owners who were experienced miners shut it down because of flooding and gas issues. There may be heaps of coal there but they need to access it. Their best option is open cut but they will be in for a huge fight against some seriously rich people. Such as the many local horse studs. For example "Godolphin", owned by the ruler of Dubai[Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum]. Horse studs and coal mines are not compatible as the previous owners of Dartbrook discovered when they were knocked back several times on the quest for an extension to their Drayton coal mine. Our prime minister also has a rural property not far away. I doubt that he wants coal dust. Their will be plenty of other little announcements along the way which will produce little spikes in the share price but in my opinion the odds are stacked against an open cut.
