Grow by acquisition has a time limit doesn't matter how good you are, at some stage you run into a brick wall because as you getting bigger, you have to acquire a bigger business to keep up.
Eventually, you hit a bridge too far and down you go with the re-rate
I think you can see it start to be a burden on HSN that why I sit and watch and see how it played out
no rush from here
