Results appear similar to higher grade gold zones within porphyries that we see next door at Mt Magnet.

Definetly has good resource potential. Whether it has standalone potential like the company is cliaming in this announcement is yet to be seen. Only drilling can tell and they are committed to more RC drilling set to start next month.

Currently the high grade zones that occur in the porphyry rocks are adjacent to the contact with ultramafic and sedementary rock package. This should help in following the mineralisation if the contact forms part of the control on the mineralisation. Doesn't look any different to any of the numerous similar deposits RMS have on their ground. Just comes down to how big a resource can come out of it and the cost of proving it up. I think the $250k for the option will be money well spent based on what I can see so far and if they can prove it up cheaply it will be a nice asset that should nderpin the value of the company in the longer run.
