REQUEST FOR A TRADING HALT
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, BBX Minerals Limited (Company) requests a trading halt of its securities from ASX.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:
1. The reason for the trading halt is that the Company intends to make an announcement in response to a request from ASX for a clarifying statement in relation to a recent announcement and an ASX query.
2. The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on Wednesday, 23 August 2017 or when the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market.
3. The event which will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
