I wasted a year of my life watching this . The myrical here is that I got out at 31.5 on market . I wouldn't trust these guys again in a fit & I won't be going in again - I've already been warned once . Why didn't the directors advise they were in discussion with Tremont regarding a takeover - seems to me they may have avoided their fiduciary duties under the corporation law - but they know ASIC & Companies & Securities will do stuff all about that . They had already said they would accept the offer before it was announced to market. They would have been sounded out over a period of time .I won't be dealing with situations like that again . I was remiss not to think about the ramifications of the ownership structure . Lay with dogs & catch flees .
