In regards to Jeff.

I believe that if I asked Jeff how the weather was in New Zealand today (yes he is a Kiwi ) he would probably still ask me not to share his reply.

Honestly I do not blame him. The minefield that is ASIC and directors responsibility there is no harm in being cautious. I will add, what others have shared here have aligned with the same responses he has provided me. He is very forthcoming and my one line questions often get replied to with paragraph long responses and he is happy to provide technical knowledge about why they are taking the approach they have.

Nod, I recommend you email him and ask a few questions even as a non holder. He has no responsibility to get back to you, but as a potential investor I think he just might if you approached the right way. He normally replies within 3-4 days (occasionally longer) so good luck.
