Anyway, whatver, it has been signalled a divvy will be coming in the not too far future, and I noted someone fronted up with a buy order for 100,000 at 44.5 several days back, ( most unusual for this illiquid stock, ahemm!!). The order has not yet been filled, very patient buyer, so far only got 8500 shares so its still sitting there with 91,500 to buy. I suspect its related to getting the divvy. All too much of a coincidence.
