If ALF maintains the payout ratio for the FY as per the Half-Year earlier, then I wouldn't worry too much abt the dpu payout now.
Back in February this year, with an NTA of $1.25, they are able to give out 4c.
Hence, this time, with an NTA of around that amount, or perhaps similar to July's $1.27,.. 4c should not be a problem. It will be so, unless you are asking ALF to maintain the 5c as per last FY payout,... then the payout ratio may need to be increased.
