The short answer is YES, however are there such absolutes in this game? In this case I decided my best answer is NO. Rightly or wrongly this is why...

    1) A HOLD decision is the equivalent to a BUY decision (less $50 in commssions for sell and rebuy) but essentially the same thing. I wouldn't have bought on that Ann.

    2) I was personally unimpressed with the purchase of the dunny drip sensor business and decided prior to this Ann that I would need to see a better acquisition or preferably a contract for outsource MEMS production next.

    3) On first reading prior to open, a few red flags popped up (see my first post). This business requires some deep research to ascertain how good/bad it is. The facts for a rational decision aren't really there in the Ann.

So, with the SELL queue pre-open at low of 0.42 and BUY queue at high 0.33 I decided to take a small certain profit (0.35) and protect my capital; as my initial reading was that this isn't a ready to go profit neutral purchase with room to grow but a further layer of speculation that needs more research, hat compounded with the speccy CR scenario. I may be back in in a few days, but probably not, for now.

I may have made the wrong decision SP wise, I may have made right decision SP wise. We'll find out; but I believe from a portfolio angle I made the right decision for me, protecting my capital while I see what happens.
