The Australian government is simply providing $4.8m of the $8.1m total cost to build a training centre for aboriginal communities. If anything it's additional costs to NTU and if they go belly up the training centre will still be there.
The Australian government is not just throwing money at NTU dude, it's for the Aboriginal communities.
